Log in , Click on “Account details” from top bar, enter a new password, then enter password check & click on “Submit”

Click on “forgot my password?” from home page login box or Click Here enter your emails address and a new one will be sent. You can then change the password by clicking on “Account details enter a new password, then enter password check & click on “submit”
Click on “Manage Horses” from top bar and then click on "Register a new horse". Fill out the necessary details of the horse and click on “submit”
Click on “Manage Riders” from top bar and then click on "Register a new Rider". Fill out the necessary details of the horse and click on “submit”
Contact the event organiser as all fund are controlled by them. Only the event organiser has the ability to make refunds. Find their contact details Here
If the event organiser publishes results they will be found Here. Click on the button above and it will take you to "Clubs" page. Find the "Clubs" and click on "Event Details". If the club has uploaded results then you will see "Results" button on the page.
You can change your entry at any time up to the closing time of entry. Log in, go to “My history” from top bar and change your entry. If you have a refund, please contact the event organiser as only they can refund your entry. Click Here to find organisers details.

Have a look at where the error is, you may have to scroll down the page. Check for available spots while entering a class. Make sure you have entered into at least one class/stable/ticket. If there are extra charges please make sure you tick appropriate and mandatory boxes.
If the club offers membership through Global Entries Online please Click Here to find organisers details. Once you find their details, you will see "Become Member" button for that club. Click on "Become Member" button and fill out the form to be member of that club.

Check your spam and that your email is correct in Global Entries. Go to “Account details” to confirm your email.
You will find all your invoices under "My Events","My Stable" or "My Tickets" page. Click on "My History" from top bar and click on appropriate link. On that page find the event for which you want to download Invoices for. If you have paid anything for a event you will see "Download" button under "Invoice" section of the event.
