Only 1 vehicle and 1 campsite will be permitted for each applicant

Only vehicles issued with a pass will be allowed on the grounds

Please be mindful of other campers when when parking, please be guided by parking attendenat.

If you are coming from Maclean show on the Tuesday afternoon then you MUST pay for stables for the show week and camping per night.

Day competitors – parking is not permitted in the Showground. Day competitors must use the field opposite the Villiers Street entrance gate

THE GATES WILL BE CLOSED AT 9 PM to 6 AM and you must have a pass out or members tickets to enter venue.

Pass outs will only be issued to competitors who have paid as members or camping and stabling for the duration of the show

REFUNDS -Will only be available with Vet certificate or doctors certificate.If refunds are approved then the committee will refund the amount minus 25% of the total paid

No electric fencing allowed

Sawdust for use as stable/yard bedding is provided

Stables and yards must have soiled bedding removed and placed in the area provided prior to departure

Horses must be healthy, eating normally and shown no signs of illness for 3 days prior to arrival at the Show

Management may call for veterinary inspection of the horses listed on the application form should they show signs of illness whilst stabled at the Showground

The owner/person in charge agrees to pay any veterinary fees incurred for the above mentioned horses as a result of this veterinary examination
