All competitors arerequired to complete an online Participant Risk Waiver (AgShows NSW)acknowledgement and Horse Health Biosecurity Declaration (AgShows NSW) priorto competing. Save time on competition morning by emailing yourcompleted declaration to equestrian@newcastleshow.com.au prior. All PIC numbers must beregistered before competing in accordance with recommendations by ASC and Stateregulatory bodies. Once the competitor has completed the necessary forms, theywill need to collect a coloured wristband from the Equestrian Office beforeentering centre ring. Competitors without a wristband will not be permitted toparticipate.

It is theresponsibility of competitors and spectators to print their own copy of theschedule.

Stabling: Limited (20) stables are on offer to entrants uponsubmission of online entries for an additional cost - own bedding must besupplied. Enter early to avoid missing out.

Float/Truck Parking & Gate Entry Fee: Vehicles entering theShowground must pay a parking/entry fee of $30 per car. This fee includes entryto 1 x competitor and 1 x extra person. Additional passengers must pay thestandard ticket prices and it is recommended you secure additional tickets here prior to arrival at the gate.

Access for the Showground between 5am - 10am daily: There will be NO right-handturn from Griffiths Road into The Showground. Vehicles are to use the leftturning lane only, westbound on Griffiths Road through the main gates. If youare driving eastbound on Griffiths Road, please turn RIGHT intoBroadmeadow Road, LEFT into Brown Road/Chatham Road (along railway) thenLEFT into Griffiths Road. This will allow for safe queuing of trafficduring entry. We understand this is different to previous years but thank youfor your cooperation.
