FORMAT

8am: Set up arena

(Please have horses settled and be on the arena ready to set up by 8am)

9am -12.00am: Lessons (depending on numbers, may be extended)

12.15am - Pack up equipment

Social chit chat (gold coin donation for snacks)

PLEASE NOTE:

*Rally Fees: $40/lesson for members   $50/lesson for Associate Members.

Assoc members please select the lesson you want - although the fee says $40 the figure in the total should adjust to $50 per lesson.

Rally Fees are required to be paid (with a credit/debit card) when you book on Global Entries Online).

*Helmets must be worn when lunging, taking part in groundwork, and whilst mounted. Gloves are recommended for lunging and groundwork.

If you need to lunge your horse prior to your lesson, please do so in small enclosed arena (if it is not being used for a lesson) or the round yard.

Scratchings:

If scratching from an event prior to the closing date, please cancel through Global.

If scratching after the closing date, please email the club. (Vet or Dr’s certificate required for refund).

Please leave stables and grounds neat & tidy.

REFUND POLICY:

Rallies:

If a member books into a rally and withdraws prior to closing date, a refund will be given. 

If a member books into a rally and withdraws after the closing date, a refund will be given only if a vet or doctor’s certificate can be presented.

If withdrawing from the rally after the closing date due to COVID, we require a government acknowledgment of a positive test to enable a refund. Required isolation period must overlap rally date.

If withdrawing on the Friday/Saturday prior to the rally or on the morning of the rally please contact one of the Coordinators (please refrain from emailing or posting on Facebook as it is unlikely to be read after hours leading up to the rally).

Cancelled Bookings:

Monies owing from cancelled rallies will be credited to the member’s account. Money will not be held over to transfer to another event/rally.

Refunds:

Refunds will only be available for 7 days after the rally date so all paperwork needs to be emailed to us to enable this to happen.
