TWEED AND DISTRICT SHOWJUMPING CLUB SPRING FESTIVAL
Please read the Terms and Conditions before entering. It will save a lot of questions and confusion.
Health Declaration for all horses must be submitted with entries. Failure to do so within 24 hours will result in automatic cancellation.
The Cabarita Pony Club grounds are certified Low Risk from DPI.
ALL QUEENSLAND COMPETITORS must submit R.O.M from DPI before entering the grounds. (Please text to 0419294726). ALL HAY BROUGHT FROM QLD must have a certificate from place of purchase stating it has been sprayed for fire ants. HAY WILL BE CONFISCATED BY DPI IF NO CERTIFICATE AVAILABLE.
The show is run under EA rules. The committee have the right to change program if deemed necessary.
ALL RIDERS must be current EA members.
ALL HORSES require EA membership. Full registration for horses competing 1.05m and over. Base registration for horses competing under 1.05m. (this rule is relaxed till1/1/24)
2 starts per horse per day (No H.C. rounds).
TSHA Classes require Thoroughbred Sport Horse Registration. This can be applied for on Global Entries.
Helmets must be tagged. The correct EA jumping attire is necessary (coats are required for Grand Prix).
Mounted Presentation for all classes.
Ring 1 will run to strictly to draw order, if you miss your draw you will go to the end. There will be no changes to horse or rider at the gate.
Ring 2 will have a board, please add your name.
If a change is deemed necessary, this must be done at the office PRIOR to start of the class.
Gate Stewards word is final.
Only horses competing at the show can book yards.
Portable yards can be used if all club yards are full. They must be solid/ no electric fencing. $5.00 per horse per night.
NO DOGS or PRAMS are allowed in the ring during competition (8am - 4.30pm).
No unauthorised person is to be on course or photographing. No coaching of riders on course.
NO SCOOTERS on grounds.
Helmets must be worn at all times on the grounds when mounted. If you choose not to wear a helmet to the beach, please walk your horse outside the grounds front gate before mounting.
ALL CLUB MEMBERS are required to help (please make yourself available).
St Johns First Aid in attendance all weekend. All falls must report to First Aid for assessment before remounting.
Vet or Doctor certificate is required for REFUNDS after closing date. 25% Admin Fee will apply.
Canteen will operate all weekend.
