Horse Exhibition Rules and Regulations
The judges' decision is final. Bad behavior will not be tolerated.
A novice has not won a first place at an Agricultural show
Stallions and colts are unable to compete in hack or riding classes but can compete in events specified for stallions. They must be under control at all times and handled by a person 18 years of age or over. Stallion disk to be warn at all times
Protests must be in writing and carry a $50 fee
The Society will not be responsible for any accident that may be caused through or by an exhibitor or exhibits
It is a condition of the entry that such an exhibitor shall hold the society blameless and indemnify it against any legal proceeding arising from such an accident, and the society will not under any circumstances be responsible for any loss or miss-delivery of livestock or other exhibits of any kind, or injury done thereto.
Refusal of Entry/Alteration of Schedule/Prizes: The committee reserves the right to refuse an entry without assigning any reason for doing so and to alter the schedule to meet emerging circumstances. The Society is not responsible for the non-delivery of Sponsor's trophies/prizes. Should there be any reason to suspect that any exhibit is either diseased or dangerous, the Society reserves the right to isolate, refuse entry to and/or remove the exhibit from the ground at the expense of the exhibitor.
