ENTRIES

Payment is required upon entry on Global Entries Online.

 

Please note that you need to be a valid member of CPEC Members Club for 2018/19 to participate at CPEC event nights. Please renew your membership prior to competition. 

 

Membership forms are attached to this event in Global Entries underthe Important Documents tab

 

 

All participants are required to volunteer or nominate a friend/ relative to volunteer on the night.

 
No Refunds after entries close.

 

CLASSES

Due to popularity we have some restrictions on entry

 

You may enter only one horse & rider combination per class

You may enter 2 classes only

 

Class 1 Prep A

Class 2 Preliminary 1.1

Class 3 Novice 2.1

Class 4 Open/ Choose your own test 

 

Please note that CPEC Dressage Night is run to draw order, you must be on time as we can not hold up draws due to the closure of the centre.

 

 

CPEC MEMBERSHIP

Membership is available on the day or forms can be downloaded from our website.

 

 

DRESS CODE

Dress neat & tidy

Light coloured jodhpurs and collared shirt with sleeves

 

 

PRIZES

All placegetters will be awarded ribbons

 

CHANGES OF ENTRIES ON DAY

No Changes can be made after enties have been closed.

 

DRAW

Start is 6pm sharp

The draw will be emailed 24 hours prior.

 

VOLUNTEERS

All participants are required to volunteer or nominate a friend/ relative to volunteer on the night. 

Set up 5.00pm on Friday. plus, others to assist, marshals, pack up, food and beverage, first aid.

 

All entries must have a valid CPEC Members Club membership number.

 

Championship Fee per class
$25 + Ground Fee of $2.50 per rider

RULES FOR CHAMPIONSHIP AWARDS

 
PREP A CHAMPION
This is based on the night and will be give to the highest PREP A test
Ribbons to 5th place
 
PRELIMINARY CHAMPION JUNIOR
PRELIMINARY CHAMPION OPEN
This is based on the night and will be give to the highest PRELIM 1.1 test
Junior is under 13 years 
Open is 13 years and over
Ribbons to 5th place
 
NOVICE CHAMPION
This is based on the night and will be give to the highest Novice test
Ribbons to 5th place
 
PARTICIPATION AWARD
Will be based on most number of dressage nights and also the best scores.
Eg If rider have particiapted in all dressage nights and placed, the best placing will win
or if rider has partipacted in all dressage nights and didn't place your still may win.
If we have a number of riders that have been to all but have not placed it will be based on your highest scores and the highest scores win. 
Participation trumps performance placings
This is only avail for kids under 15 
 
ENCOURAGEMENT AWARD
Encouragement award is based on judges decision, this will be based on presentation and effort for test performed on the night.
It is only avail for kids under 15 and can not be won if they have already received another award on the night.
 
VOLUNTEER AWARD
Volenteer award is be judges by Dressage Committee on the best volenteer during the night and year.
 
NOTE If you are entering 2 tests the highest test will up for nomination for Champion.
