EA coaching weekend with visiting coach educators Sue Chandler and Fiona Heysen.

orientation workshop for intro level coaching
coaching assessment for intro and level one
all candidates must be a member of BRC for insurance purposes
all candidates must be in smart attire and bring all the required equipment to the assessment ( this will not be supplied by course) .
It is the responsibility of the candidates to ensure that they have at least 4 riders for a group lesson ( the assessment will not proceed with less riders). While the club will try and source demo riders, in the past riders have pulled out last minute resulting with not enough riders for a group lesson assessment. All candidates must be able to ride as a demo rider if needed, so will need to bring a suitable horse and tack.
all lesson plans for coaching assessments must be with coach educators by sept 20. All rider intending to do coaching assessment must attend all components of the orientation workshop ( spread over the Friday evening and Saturday) and must have their ochre card, first aid and have completed the general principles of coaching online course ( and have completed the horse management and general riding components)
once registrations have closed ( no late entries) a timetable will be emailed out.
the course will run from Friday evening to Sunday evening...though there will be opportunities to have extra assessments on Friday afternoon and Monday morning at the extra cost of $85 for 45 minute assesssment.
